Brain injury lawsuit follows high school students consumption of alcohol
Two Catholic high school students struck a tree in a car accident after leaving a Miami party. One student suffered a wrongful death while the other student sustained permanent catastrophic brain injuries. A brain injury lawsuit resulted in a large settlement for the surviving victim.
