Pittsburgh Woman Awarded Large Settlement in Brain Injury Suit

A jury awarded a Pittsburgh area woman $5 Million in a brain injury lawsuit stemming from the medical malpractice of the University of Pittsburgh. The woman’s severe brain injury resulted when she was administered too much sodium to correct a chemical imbalance.
